Returns and Refunds Policy
At MAXODY, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy below for more details.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable products (such as food, supplements, etc.).
- Opened or used health and wellness products, including protein powders and supplements.
- Gift cards.
- Items on sale or clearance (final sale).
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@maxody.es with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with additional instructions, including a return address if approved.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping returned items, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
2. Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your return.
- If the refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company as processing times may vary.

3. Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info @maxody .es and include photos of the defect or damage.
4. Items on Sale
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@maxody.es with details and a photo of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
